The Essential Finance Handbook for Business Owners

Precious Mvulane is a Charted Accountant and Registered Auditor who has over 14 years’ experience in different sectors. She currently runs auditing and accounting firm called GAD Consulting Services Inc. that offers it services to NPO’s and SME’s. She has hosted many workshops on numerous topics such ta compliance, governance structures and financial management among other. Her clientele includes: Consumer International Africa NPC, Motheo Chartered Accountants Inc, Business Engage NPC, IDF, etc.

The young author has recently released her first book titled: “The Essential Finance Handbook for Business Owners”, the book is designed for start-up, business owners, entrepreneurs and general managers who don’t have finance background.

This book including foreword by Allon Raiz (Founder & CEO – RaizCorp) will be launched on the 7th of November 2014 at Ernst and Young as the key sponsor in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa. Precious maintains networks with various key players in the industry; we note copy editor of her new release Victor Kgomoeswana who’s also an author of “Africa is open for business”.

Ms Mvulane has been contracted by South African Women Entrepreneurial Network (SAWEN) to do provincial tours across the county, teaching their members on some of the key components extracted from her book. She kick started these workshops in Gauteng and the next one will be in Mpumalanga.

Precious manages a busy diary between running an organization successfully to contributing her expertise in different boards she sits on i.e. LifeCo UnLtd NPC, National Department of Health and Khulisa Social Services NPC. She is also not a stranger to our various media platforms as she has featured on Morning Live (SABC 2), Ukhozi FM, to name just few. We mark her recent selection as a candidate for SABC 1’s Making Moves for their young groundbreaking entrepreneurs – Women Series.
